How do I get access?
FEUM is invite only. Members receive an invitation and sign in with it. There is no public sign-up.
Who holds my keys?
You do. Keys are made on your device and never leave it. FEUM has no copy and cannot move, freeze or reset your wallet.
What if I lose my recovery phrase?
FEUM cannot restore it. That is what self-custody means. Back it up when you create the wallet; FEUM checks that you did.
How do I move money in?
Transfer funds in from your bank. The transfer is matched and confirmed before anything is bought, and a transfer never buys anything on its own.
What does FEUM charge?
Nothing to create, restore, receive or send. When you buy, the FEUM fee is 0.50% of the amount you spend, shown on its own line before you approve. Partner and network costs are shown separately.
Which assets can I hold?
Bitcoin on Bitcoin, Ether on Ethereum, Solana on Solana, Tether USD and USD Coin on Ethereum as ERC-20 tokens. Anything not listed is not supported, and FEUM says so.
Can I use FEUM with another wallet?
Yes. Your recovery phrase follows the open standard, so you can restore it in a compatible wallet, and you can send to any address on a supported network.
Does FEUM verify that an address is mine?
A well-formed address is not proof of ownership. FEUM shows how each saved address was verified and never calls a format check a verified owner.
What happens if a price moves after I see a quote?
Quotes expire. If yours has, FEUM will not execute it; you refresh and review the new quote.
Is FEUM a bank?
No. FEUM does not offer bank accounts or hold deposits. Money you transfer in is used for the purchase you approve.
Will FEUM ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Never. Nothing FEUM does requires it, and nobody from FEUM will ask.
Can I sell or swap?
Buying is available now. Sell and swap are next for members.
What happens if FEUM's services are unavailable?
Your wallet keeps working. Creating, restoring, receiving and sending do not depend on FEUM's servers.
Where can I see what happened?
Activity lists every receive, send and purchase in order, with its status, time and confirmations.
