The partner's fee for carrying out your purchase and the network fee when you send are separate from the FEUM fee. Each has its own line, marked estimated until it is known.
The FEUM fee is never folded into the price or taken as a markup on the rate. It has its own line, and so does the partner's fee.
A failed or cancelled purchase costs nothing from FEUM. If only part of an order is completed, the FEUM fee applies to that part alone.
Every purchase carries a single reference. If a request is repeated, FEUM recognises it, and the fee is never charged twice.
