What keeps your wallet yours.

Keys on your device

Your keys are made on your phone and never leave it. FEUM has no copy, so nobody at FEUM can move, freeze or reset your wallet.

Recovery only you hold

Your recovery phrase stays on your device and on the backup you wrote down. FEUM never stores it and cannot restore it for you.

Approve on the device that signs

Every send and every purchase is approved on the device that holds your keys, with the full details on screen.

Step-up before anything sensitive

Approving a send or changing a security setting asks you to confirm it is you again, even when you are already signed in.

Network checks every time

Each address is checked against the asset and network you chose. A mismatch is refused, never guessed.

Append-only records

Records are only ever added to. A correction is a new entry that reverses the old one, never an edit.

Separate environments

The systems FEUM uses to build and check changes are kept apart from the one members use. They share no credentials and no records.

Services can go down, your wallet cannot

Creating, restoring, receiving and sending do not depend on FEUM's servers. If they are unavailable, your wallet keeps working.

Never asked for a secret

FEUM never asks for your recovery phrase or your keys. Nothing FEUM does requires them, so anyone who asks is not FEUM.

Two habits that matter more than any feature.

  • Check the address, not the label.

    Before you approve a send, compare the full address on screen with the one you meant to send to. A label or a fingerprint, the short code beside an address, is a convenience, not a substitute.

  • Nobody from FEUM asks for your secrets.

    Not your recovery phrase, not your keys, not a code from your authenticator app. If someone asks, it is not FEUM.
